Crispy Cheddar Chicken

I usually give you my step-by-step process with pictures, but I honestly followed hers exactly (shocking for me, I know), and her pictures are way fancier than what I could have taken anyway!

Crispy Cheddar Chicken

Time: 15 minute prep + 35 minutes baking

Yield: 7 servings

Chicken:

4 large chicken breasts

2 sleeves Ritz crackers

1/4 t salt

1/8 t pepper

1/2 C milk

3 C cheddar cheese, grated

1 t dried parsley
