Today I want to share with you this perfect-fast-easy-delicious-nutritious breakfast. It takes less than 15 minutes to prepare it and there are so many combinations you can prepare all week. in our case we used mango with whipped cream. But you can use other fruits like bananas, strawberries or whatever you like and instead of cream you can put some firm tofu or cheese cream on it. Like I’ve said there are so many combinations. I hope you try it and if so share your version with a picture
Ingredients:
- 2 dough crepes
- Mango syrup
- Strawberry syrup
- Whipping cream
- 1 kiwi
- 1 mango
- 3 oz. of raspberries
- 3 tbsp. of sugar
I think the garnish part is optional, because you can decorate it like you like. For example some hot chocolate drizzle on the top and add some strawberries and mint. If you like my version, I’ve added more fruits to the plate and a drizzle of kiwi and strawberries syrup.
Ingredients
7 oz. melted chocolate. I normally use 70% dark Lindt but you can use your favorite.
5oz. of butter
3 eggs and 2 yolks
5oz. brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour (any)
1 tablespoon cocoa
22 Oreo cookies
Icing sugar for garnish
Pinch of saltInstructions
- Preheat the oven to 320º. Meanwhile cut the chocolate into pieces and put it on a bowl. Add the butter and microwave until is completely melted. Stir every 30 seconds to mix while melting.
- In another bowl beat the eggs with the yolks and some vanilla extract if you like. Beat it all until we archive a smoothie texture.
- Add slowly the brown sugar without stop beating (I recommend to add from the edge of the bowl to book the consistency of the mixture). Beat for 2 minutes more.
- Add the Butter-chocolate mixture and the flour (I’ve used free-gluten flour). Crush 4 Oreo cookies and add to the mix. Stir until archive a smooth mixture.
- Put baking paper in a square mold. Place 18 Oreo cookies on the bottom of the mold. Pour the mixture and place the rest of the cookies on the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cut into 6 pieces and like I’ve said, you can serve hot sprinkling some icing sugar or let cool, add some vanilla ice cream and drizzle chocolate syrup.
