To make the day a little more bearable, I thought we could celebrate with ice cream. Lots and lots of ice cream! I teamed up with some fabulous ladies to bring you a boatload of frozen treats to beat the heat!
I hope y’all have your fat pants ready!
INGREDIENTS:
For the ice cream:
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 1/4 cups milk (I used 2%, but whole would be even better)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (JIF is my favorite)
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
For the fudge ripple:
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons light corn syrup
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
