how to make tricolor pasta and chicken salad
This is a cherished Pasta Salad Recipe! Simple ingredients. Simple process. But in the end you’ve got a bowl of pasta that always gets rave reviews. It’s so delicious. I dare you to not help yourself to seconds. 
Ingredients:
  • Breast portion of one chicken.
  • 1 medium green bell pepper (capsicum)  cut into small squares
  • 1 medium red bell pepper  (capsicum)  cut into small squares
  • ¹⁄3 cup  sweet corn kernels  (thawed from frozen)
  • ½ cup pickled cucumber, chopped into bite size pieces
For the chicken:
  • 1 ½ tsp dried tarragon or 3 tsp fresh
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
For the dressing
  • ¹⁄3 cup fresh yoghurt – plain – not sour
  • ¹⁄3 cup Mayonnaise
  • salt and black pepper to taste
