Ingredients:

4 whole large Eggs
1 cup Buttermilk
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 small pinch of Kosher Salt
1 (16 ounce) loaf Bread, sliced 1/2 inch thick
Blackberry Jam:
12 ounces Blackberries, washed
1/4 cup Water
2 tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar
1 whole Lemon Juiced
1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
